Why not try something different for your kids summer camp activities this year? Microsoft will be offering code camps for 8 – 15 year olds at the Dadeland Mall Store from June 10 – August 16.

Dave Noderer just returned from a visit to Capitol Hill where he met with the staffs of Bill Nelson, Marco Rubio, Alcee Hastings and Lois Frankel. This was part of the annual “FlyIn” hosted by the Association for Competitive Technology. Scott Weiner from Parents with Apps posted a nice wrap up of the events. And Dave got his picture taken with Marco Rubio.

Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Gimenez inaugurated the anticipated second Microsoft store to open in North America, this time at the world-renowned Dadeland Mall in Miami’s Kendall district. Members of the South Florida business community, public officials and the press were present at the ribbon cutting ceremony during the official opening of the retail outlet.
