The individual must possess demonstrated experience using technology to set and enable business goals; business case development, planning execution, determining technical feasibility, cost of strategic options, and strategic possibilities enabled by existing and new technologies. The individual will also provide support and mentoring for the lower tier Systems Engineers and will assist in the creation of and adherence to client’s IT methodologies and standards, i.e. project methodology, technology standards, systems and web architecture.
