The movement builds, eMerge puts Miami on the international tech map. SherlockTech appreciates the opportunity to support the success of eMerge Americas by participating in several aspects of the inaugural event, including organizing and managing the the Job Fair, assisting with the CIO Council Roundtable event and exhibiting in the conference.
eMerge Americas Techweek held May 1-7 attracted more than 6,000 attendees and more than 220 companies and 115 startups to the inaugural five-day conference. The event is scheduled to become an annual event, assisting in strengthening Miami’s role as the “tech hub of the Americas.” The conference was organized by Manuel “Manny” Medina, Diane Sanchez and the Technology Foundation of the Americas’ team and was part of a larger effort led by local entrepreneurs, business and education leaders, and government officials to develop a creative and productive startup ecosystem.
