Our Fortune 100 client is looking for an Internal IT Trainer Consultant who will be responsible for curriculum and instructional design for internal process improvements and technology projects. Technical environment is based on Oracle ERP and custom-developed business applications. You will also be responsible for training logistics, delivery, and tracking, and some project support deliverables.

• Ability to self-motivate and to manage tight deadlines across multiple projects concurrently
• Previous experience teaching IT software applications
• Good executive presence
• Experience completing training needs assessments and identifying appropriate training plan to close gap between learner’s abilities and business needs
• Translate business needs and expectations into behaviors
• Identify and to adapt to varying learners’ abilities
• Motivate learners when teaching to a group of mixed levels of ability and knowledge
• Consulting experience, either internal or external
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Complete fluency in English (oral and written)
• Broad understanding of key business processes (order to cash, procure to pay, etc.) from a commercial, operational, and financial perspective
• High level of competency and experience working in Adobe Captivate, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and an image capturing tool (e.g. Snagit)
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Training or related discipline and/or 4+ years’ experience analyzing, designing, and developing technical documentation and training materials
