Miami based firm with large client base in Latin & South America is looking for a Director of their SalesForce CRM. You will provide architecture, support, coach, and mentor the ongoing development of their Salesforce.com instance.
You will manage high level business requirements, optimal architecture, creating fine details of technical requirements, supporting the development, ensuring successful launch, and managing the trade-offs. This must all be done while communicating plans and purpose to the team and stakeholders from a variety of different disciplines and skill types.

MUST have Bachelor's Degree in related technical field –CS
At least 3-5 years of experience required.
Working proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
Extensive prior Salesforce experience.
Prior experience leading technical teams directly and indirectly.
Ability to distill requirements on technical topics into written goals and stories
Ability to lead and be an active participant in architecture and design reviews, able to understand the technical implementation trade-offs to ensure that requirements are not misunderstood or being ignored by a given implementation plan.
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to quickly visualize complex implementation plans
Proficiency at brokering mutually beneficial plans intra-team or across groups within a large organization.
Ability to balance immediate tactical pressures with a broader strategic vision and direction.
A background in productivity tools development and/or systems architecture.
