Miami based firm with international clientele seeks Agile Project Manager to manage web & mobile WebPresence & effectiveness.
AgileWebsite Project Manager is a technical position responsible for maintaining and supporting client’s international web presence and web & mobile based applications. Responsible for governance, quality, security, and development of the online user experience. Implement A-B tests to determine successful practices for increasing lead forms, sales, user experiences, and ultimately conversion ratios due to specific changes or improvements to the sites. Proactively monitor sites for issues, drive UI/UX best-practices, and publish new online content. Work closely with the creative & marketing to ensure the web presence is aligned with departmental and corporate goals.
• 5-6 years managing content and production for high traffic websites
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Prior experience with configuration and setup of web servers and CMS systems
• Possess understanding of design principles, web standards and technologies (dotCMS, Java, HTML, SQL, CSS)
• 4 years of in depth experience working in an Agile / Scrum work environment. Ability to develop implementation plans and timelines through Agile Process Management. Must have experience running sprints, daily scrums, planning sessions, etc.
• Experience with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager required
• Experience with Optimizely (setting up tests, and experiments) required
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills to work effectively within a cross-departmental team
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
