Our client offers a very progressive environment always up to date in technology. Based in Boca Raton seeking a SQL DBA who has been working with SQL 2012 & looking to work with 2014. This includes SQL server administration and performance monitoring, the creation, maintenance and support of all SQL databases, and the development and maintenance of SQL stored procedures, SQL views and SSIS packages. The candidate also will be responsible for the development and support of SSRS packages.
However main responsibility with be as a SQL Production DBA.

Multi Farm SharePoint experience is a plus.
Â
1. Ensure the all SQL related systems perform optimally.
2. Develop, maintain and support T-SQL statements, stored procedures, views and SSIS packages.
3. Maintain online database backups. Restore databases as required.
4. Familiar with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports and Excel spreadsheets with database connections.
5. Perform backend uploads of data using SQL insert and merge commands. Analyze data as required.

Minimum 5 years of database administration (DBA) experience using Microsoft SQL server technologies.
2. Knowledge of relational database design theory .
3. Able to administer database systems with both performance and scalability in mind.
4. Develop T-SQL statements, SQL server stored procedures, views and SSIS packages.
5. Develop reports using SQL Server Reports Services (SSRS) .
6. Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills,
7. Must be comfortable working with C#.Net software developers.
8. Need the ability to follow established company protocol and communication guidelines,
