Acts as a liaison between the IT teams and the company’s various business units. Must be able maintain professionalism, be able to work in a very fast paced environment, and be able to hit the ground running in a short timeframe. Must be flexible in regard to changes in direction. Candidate must be able to clearly and consistently communicate to the business on all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle, Project Lifecycle, Incident Support, and Change Management processes.
