Administrative Office of the Courts – Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida:
The Eleventh Judicial Circuit seeks a Chief Information Officer/Court Information Technology Services (CIO/CITeS) Director to oversee the management and administration of all Court Technology matters. The Chief Information Officer/Court Information Technology Services (CIO/CITeS) Director is the court’s principal information technology officer. This position is responsible for overseeing the information and data integrity of the enterprise and its groups and for all Information Technology functions of the enterprise. The CIO/IT Director will lead the court with ongoing technology projects and challenges as well as lead, manage and develop a diverse staff of IT professionals. Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, engineering, business administration or a related field. Seven to nine years of progressively responsible experience working in complex information technology (IT) environments with a minimum of three years in a supervisory, administrative or management position. A Master’s Degree in a related area may substitute for two years of the required experience, excluding supervisory experience. Salary $100,500.00 annually plus benefits.

ITPalooza is this Thursday so I thought you might appreciate a few tips on getting the most out of your ITPalooza experience.
Before the event
Tip #1 – Register for FREE Tickets Eventbrite.
Tip #2 – Stock-up on unwrapped toys for the Marines Toys For Tots Drive.
Tip #3 – Sign-up for a free account at the ITPalooza website and register for sessions you’d like to attend.
Tip #4 – Follow  / Share ITPalooza’s FaceBook page.
Tip #5 – Tell all your friends! ITPalooza is for you and all your techie friends, so please post up a storm!
The Big Day
Tip #1 – The first 500 people through registration will receive a FREE ITPalooza T-Shirt.
Tip #2 – Bring your PRINTED TICKETS, PARKING PASS and UNWRAPPED TOYS to the registration desk.
Tip #3 – Bring your laptop or tablet if you want to take notes or follow the presentation links. The campus has good public WiFi.
Tip #4 – Review the printed program and schedule and confirm your session’s room numbers and times. This is important because rooms and times may change.
Tip #5 – If you intend to do some networking, please remember your business cards, it will help you make a good impression.
