Our beloved VP of Sales, Lesley Frohman, is in Aventura Hospital with broken bones after a slippery Monday fall. Please share your wishes for a healthy return to her feet at Lesley@SherlockTech.com.

Last week saw two extraordinary events in the South Florida Tech Calendar. Saturday and Sunday was PayPal’s BattleHack during which I added the capability for ITPalooza sponsors to pay for their sponsorship via the ITPalooza event page.

And the winner is: YellowPepper.com. The winning app makes it easy for consumers to find places to withdraw small amounts of cash at a low cost, using businesses in their own neighborhood and a PayPal technology that is very secure.

Tech Night At The Ball Park: Summer fun was high on the charts at last Tuesday’s Marlins v Dodgers game where a group of South Florida Tech / Ball fans got together to celebrate.

This week we have Herve Roggero at West Palm Dev, SFTA Cloud Compare, TechConnect at NSU, Refresh Miami assembling an ‘A’ team and the iCoast CIO Council Vendor Appreciation event.
