Our Miami based Fortune 100 client is looking to add a Senior Manager, Process and Change Management responsible to drive faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency of new system implementations by ensuring : (a) Processes are streamlined and standardized; (b) The process, technology, and people impacts are clearly defined, as part of the overall project plan; (c) Business stakeholders receive system and process training. You will manage a team of Process Reengineering, Change Management, Technical Writing and Training Analysts. Also responsible for executing process redesign and change management activities for specific projects or as backup when needed.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience: (a) Change management principles, methodologies and tools; (b) Design and implementation of operating models by defining the processes, anticipated outcomes and determination of the key metrics to drive accountability.
Ability to execute complex process improvement initiatives affecting multiple functions or businesses.
Ability to rethink basic organizational and people issues
Excellent active listening & communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Experience in creating and editing various forms of technical documentation. Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
Working knowledge of internal IT Controls and SOX

The position requires the following credentials and licenses:
Bachelor’s Degree (BS, BA, etc.)
Six Sigma certification a plus
Experience with Prosci ADKAR Change Management Model is a plus
Ensure that all software development activities have adequate support in process analysis and redesign, documentation, definition of job roles and responsibilities, stakeholder management, communication and training
Continually identify and implement best practices around process redesign, change management, and training
Communicate the importance and value of process redesign and change management to all constituents within and outside of IT
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
Complete change management assessments
Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics
create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor road map, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
