Our Client is seeking a motivated and creative web designer to join their team. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for designing great user experiences. Our ideal candidate collaborates with developers and department leaders to build a high quality product.
Responsibilities will include designing application interfaces and websites for a website and mobile application. You will work closely with developers, marketing and support staff on-site in the Deerfield Beach office. This is a creative yet hard working work environment where your opinion matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement task requirements to build high quality user experience.
• Translate customer needs into scalable, effective UI design.
• Communicate and present ideas, concepts and prototypes effectively with team members and customers.
• Evaluate existing user experiences and identify areas for improvement.
• Adept with web standards and cross-browser development.
• Own the development responsibilities, and grow into a department head.
Required Skills
• Apple and Mac OSX user
• Javascript, Ajax, PHP/MySQL, HTML, and CSS expertise
• Ecommerce and customer portal programming experience
• Clean and organized files
Experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a user experience designer or similar role designing exceptional software applications and user interfaces from concept to finished product
• Javascript, Ajax, Bootstrap, PHP, HTML and CSS technologies
• Designing in team environment using Dreamweaver and GitHub
• Mobile application development, and App Store experience
