Our Miami based client, a leader chain store solutions-financial, marketing & provider of best business practices is seeking a Manager of Business Analysis.
The Business Analyst Manager will be responsible for the data integrity process along several lines of business—P/L—processes & reporting, Promotions—including annual changes, POS reporting, to ensure that the data is loaded in an accurate and timely manner and making recommendations to improve the process.
The company has built an extensive Database for their members to load financial & statistical data to benchmark their success in relation to other members. Must be able to understand the why & use of the data. Expert knowledge Excel (Pivot Tables) & Access are a must.
This is a management position, where you will be overseeing a team of 2-3 other members.
• BS or BA in Business related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-10 years of corporate analytical background and experience managing and interpreting large amounts of data, data warehouses, databases & spreadsheet analysis.
• Ability to work thru extraordinary amounts of detail while understanding the “big picture†with the ability to perform statistical modeling when needed.
• Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with:
o Windows
o MS Office (with advanced skills in Excel and Access)
o Business intelligence tools (Access, MicroStrategy)
• Able to identify problems and develop solutions
