Miami based company is expanding & seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team writing & defining requirements for Oracle ERP applications. This is a permanent full time position & company would prefer a local candidate.

Job Requirements :
• 10 years applying a Software Development Life Cycle.
• 10 years gathering business requirements and writing functional design documents
• At least 5 years implementing or supporting ERP solutions, specially Order Management, Billing, Procurement and Accounts Payables applications.
• Knowledge with Oracle 11i Modules: OM, AR, PO, AP and GL – big plus
• Ability to lead meetings and small project teams
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Detail oriented–Analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to set goals and meet deadlines.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
• Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies
• Develop functional specifications to turn over to the development team
• Work closely with Oracle EBS Consultants to clarify business requirements as may be needed to perform Oracle EBS configurations.
• Work closely with test and development to define and execute Test Strategy.
• Facilitate the development and standardization of the business analysis process.
