Our client in Miami is seeking a QA Engineer who has experience creating their own test environments, instead of relying on established cases. As part of the quality assurance team, the QA Engineer will be responsible for manual and automated tests. It’s a full time permanent position with a well know financial company.
Required Skills/Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, queries, views, tables)
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid understanding of the SDLC: development, testing, configuration management, deployment, etc.
• Experience working within Microsoft environment (C#/.Net/SQL Server)
• Experience with bug tracking systems/tools such as TFS, JIRA, and Microsoft Test Manager preferred
• Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, XML, and HTTP concepts
• Experience with systems having multiple integrations/dependencies
• In-depth knowledge of operating system scripting and commands for Windows system
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related, relevant field
