Our client has an opportunity for an Account Manager that specializes in deploying turn-key interactive television and interactive mobile applications to the hospitality marketplace. The candidate must be bilingual.
Job Description:
• Fully understand our client’s interactive television, mobile, and digital signage platforms at the “super-user” level
• Participate in internal project kick-off meetings, customer planning meetings, and customer content acquisition meetings
• Work closely with the customer to identify, collect, and insert initial content into content management systems during office pre-builds and on-site installations
• Provide on-site product and content management system utilization training as part of all client system implementations
• Maintain post-installation communication with customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction, including use of new features, and optimization of system ROI
• Connect to installed systems, run reports and proactively analyze data to identify issues, risks and opportunities

• Strong organizational skills (critical attention to detail, task prioritization and ability to meet deadlines)
• Able to multi-task (deal with multiple projects concurrently)

• Able to represent our client to customers in a positive and professional manner at all times (excellent “customer service” attitude)
• Able to build and maintain a positive rapport with new and existing customer personnel as well as our client's employees)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Valid US Passport and willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally for up to 3 weeks at a time
• Stress-tolerance
Preferred Skills:
• Bi-lingual (English, Spanish)
• Cruise Industry or Hospitality experience a plus
• Photoshop / Video Editing a plus
• Experience working with content management systems and bug tracking applications a plus
