Our client, a leader in software and hardware development for hospitality industry, is looking for a Project Lead who will be responsible for the scheduling, equipment ordering and inventory, and on-site management of the technical team.
The ideal candidate must be able to design and implement systems, preferably with Microsoft-based technologies, as well as manage project schedules and budgets and lead teams.
This position requires 60% international and domestic travel.
Qualified candidates will have work experience that includes the following skill sets:
• Technical and project management experience
• Ability to drive a project from inception to deployment
• Ability to interface with the client and on a per project basis
Successful individuals will be self-starters with the following attributes:
• An understanding of Microsoft products to include Office and SQL
• Knowledge of networking
• Solid consulting background and experience implementing and managing complex technology solution projects
• Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal relations and team orientation
• High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Desire to pursue applicable professional development and certifications
• Demonstrated initiative and positive can-do attitude

• Ability to work an 60% travel schedule
• Ability to work overseas in a foreign environment and be adaptable to a changeable travel schedule
• Ability to travel independently and communicate with non-English speaking people
