Miami based firm with large Business Transformation scheduled to begin looking for a Principal Architect III to design people/process/technology solutions that address changes arising from M&A integration efforts, Business Transformation or other change initiatives.

Lead the design efforts associated with complex change management initiatives (e.g., M&A integration, Business Transformation)
• Act as the liaison between the business and the technical team members throughout the solution delivery process.
ERP design and implementation in the capacity of a senior SME
• Advanced understanding of Accounting concepts and Accounting systems
• Experience with M&A integration
• Experience with change management and process improvement in middle and back office environments

Requirements Gathering—Create Business Cases (ROI analysis)
End to end business process design and analysis
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Detailed experience and knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Oracle EBS
• Functional knowledge of enterprise systems, ERP systems and custom development
• Experience with defining complex business requirements
• Strong Financial and business background
• Ability to work with remote teams from around the world
• Ability to build consensus among stakeholders with diverging priorities

Min 10 years’ experience
Bachelor’s Degree (BS, BA, etc.) in Business with specialization in MIS, Engineering
• MBA or Finance/Accounting degree a plus

This is a full time perm position–with all work located at Corp HQ in Miami. Relocation for right candidate.
