IT Process Analyst – to lead business process improvement and change management activities within for Business Transformation projects. Understand and document current processes, designing improved and standardized future processes, and developing and implementing change impact plans.
Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change affected by IT projects and business re-engineering projects.
• Understand, quantify and develop a plan to address process and organizational changes introduced by new or changes to systems and processes
• Communicate change impact assessment
• Ensure that business stakeholders received the appropriate level of system and process training.
• The position will present findings and recommendations to project teams, process owners, business customers and appropriate leadership
• Leverage IT documents (i.e., MD50s) and resources (i.e., BAs) to gain a deep understanding of the technical solution being developed.
• Position will also to present recommendations and alternatives to business and IT leadership
• Highly adaptive with an ability to organize, coordinate, and execute on details.
The position requires the following technical skills:
• A broad understanding of critical business processes (order to cash, procure to pay, etc) across finance, operations and commercial
• Experience using various business process improvement methodologies.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
The position requires the following credentials and licenses:
• Lean/Six Sigma experience
Miami based –all work must be done onsite. Prefers a local candidate.
