Our client in Miami has an immediate need for a Digital Marketing Analyst to support the analytic needs of the business units by analyzing web traffic using Google Analytics, etc.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, covering a wide range of activities such as e-mail marketing campaign analysis, marketing automation, landing page optimization, A/B testing, social media marketing (earned and paid), SEO and pay-per-click optimization
• Skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and familiarity with digital media channels including paid search (SEM), banner advertising (CPM), affiliate, mobile, and social
• Understands relevant technology applications in their area
• Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the websites
• Understands the complex web ecosystems and best practices and applies this knowledge to their work
• Collaborates on the creation of project plans for the business units
• Exceptional numerical and statistical ability, with experience using statistical software packages such as SAS and R, database software packages such as SQL Server, and BI Platforms such as MicroStrategy
• Strong familiarity with analytical techniques and the ability to execute analytic projects utilizing modeling, statistics, optimization, exploratory clustering, and other advanced concepts
• Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
